There was barely a parking spot in the lot at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Westborough on the night of the fundraiser last week supporting local resident Tom McDonald. Tom was diagnosed with cancer in October, and after having taken his first rounds of chemotherapy and radiation, McDonald found himself unable to work. Gearing up for a new, highly recommended treatment in February with promising results, Tom and his wife Eileen were left hopeful struggling with large medical bills. Thousands Attend Marlborough Fly Fishing Expo

Did traffic seem a bit heavier than usual last weekend? With thousands of people having been expected at the annual Fly Fishing Expo at the Royal Plaza Hotel Trade Center, the city of Marlborough hit quite the spike in population for a few days. The expo is designed for New England enthusiasts to come together to learn about both new-and old-techniques, while over 150 vendors are able to showcase their newest and gear. Medusa Brewing in Hudson has found a solution to those winter blues, and it’s called Yoga In The Taproom. Yes, you read that right-you can bring your yoga mat into the brewery, where you receive one beer token to socialize once the class is over. Holiday Clean Up
