HUDSON- A hit and run accident on Sunday evening lead to a Worcester man’s 11th OUI arrest, this time with his service dog in the car. Police in Hudson were called shortly before 4pm on Sunday after 59-year-old Mark Lehtola of Worcester rear ended another vehicle and fled the scene, telling the victim he didn’t believe he’d done any damage to her car and refusing to provide any information. The victim was able to take photos of Lehtola leaving the scene, and police quickly located him on Main Street with damage on his car matching what was photographed in the accident. Failure to Yield Leads To Rollover Crash In Marlborough

MARLBOROUGH- A two car accident at the corner of Grainger and Bolton Streets in Marlborough shut down a portion of the intersection shortly before 4pm on Tuesday, leaving a truck turned on its side and a layer of glass scattered across the intersection. Police say the female driver of a white Ford sedan was did not use caution when taking a left turn from Bolton onto Grainger Street, and was struck by a white Toyota pickup truck going through the intersection. The collision caused the truck to flip onto its side, striking a sign. Marlborough Moves To Open City's First Marijuana Dispensary

MARLBOROUGH- Residents in Marlborough voted overwhelmingly to approve the City's first medical and recreational marijuana dispensary earlier this week, with 12 of 14 precincts voting in its favor. Garden Remedies, a Framingham-based medical marijuana dispensary, is set to open at 416 East Main Street in early 2019. The plaza location will share space with Chill Kitchen & Bar, Slumbrew, and other local businesses. The new storefront serves as just another sign that officials show no signs of stopping as they continue to grow the City of Marlborough. Fishermen Discover Body in Marlborough Pond

MARLBOROUGH- A grandfather and his grandson made a startling discovery on Sunday while fishing at the Marlborough Fish & Game Association when they came across a lifeless body in the water. Shortly before 11am on Sunday, Marlborough Police received the disturbing call of a body found in one of the Association's ponds. Without releasing any names pending notification of the victim's family, police did say it was a 51-year-old man. While the Medical Examiner's office is still working with State Police to determine the exact cause of the man's death, it is not being treated as suspicious.
