Marlborough Man, 8 Others Arrested In Organized Crime Ring

MARLBOROUGH- A Marlborough man was one of 9 people arrested after a combined investigation with federal, state and local authorities into an organized sex trafficking ring.

Police described the operation being run out of the 39 Harvard Street home belonging to 43 year old Luis Lodono of Marlborough as a brothel, this location being just one in a much larger organized crime ring in Massachusetts. According to police, at least four women were found to be victims living in an apartment that may have been forced to work for the illegal business, working as prostitutes in four different massage parlors throughout Boston, Marlborough, Lynn and Chelsea.

Lodono, along with the 9 others, is now facing trafficking charges as well as several others and is due back in court in late August.
