Marlborough Man Charged With 7 Counts of Obscene Matter To Minors

HUDSON- A Marlborough man is facing a long list of charges of after a group of teenage girls say he approached them at a Hudson High School Football game and began to show them inappropriate pictures on his cell phone.

According to the police report, 61-year-old Thomas Rudd of Marlborough approached a group of girls all under the age of 16 during the Hudson High School football game on October 28th. He then pulled up an inappropriate photo of a male sexual organ, holding it in front of his groin repeatedly. The teenage girls went immediately to a nearby police officer to report Rudd, who was placed under arrest and transported to Hudson Police Station.

Rudd is now facing seven counts of obscene matter to minors, whose names will not be released.
