Local Salon Offers Outdoor Haircuts

APEX CENTER- The coronavirus pandemic changed even the smallest aspects of daily life. Right behind mandatory face coverings and social distancing, one local salon took safety a step further.

Dellaria Salons in Marlborough understood the uncertainty and worry of some of their higher-risk clients. So the company came up with a new and safer way to offer appointments.

Right outside the front door, you'll find a tent home to one styling chair. In just the first week, Dellaria Salons accommodated twelve of their clients. The option of an outdoor haircut is open to any customer who can request it when scheduling an appointment.

The salon manager hopes to add a second chair outdoors and said the option to get your hair cut outside will stay as long as the weather allows.
