Getting Free Marketing Strategy Help for Your Small Business

The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce recently hosted Robin Samora, PR and marketing expert, for an interview about how she helps small businesses and nonprofits develop marketing plans through Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund grants.

Samora explained that through the Express Grants program, companies can work with approved experts like her for free. The grants provide up to $20,000 per year to cover the costs of working with trainers and consultants in areas like marketing, sales, HR, IT, and more.

To qualify, companies need at least two W-2 employees and simply apply for the grant funding. Once approved, they choose their trainer, establish an agreement, and pay them upfront over an installment plan. After the training is complete and receipts are submitted, the state reimburses the funds, usually within 6-8 weeks.

Samora develops comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to each client. She analyzes their business and industry, sets branding objectives, audits their digital presence and activities, identifies opportunities in networking and PR, and provides an action plan with specifics on executing the tactics.

With over 20 years of experience, Samora enjoys helping mainstream small businesses and nonprofits improve their marketing. She welcomes new connections from referral partners interested in networking and helping companies take advantage of this program.

Samora urges any small business owners or nonprofits needing marketing guidance to explore this opportunity to work with experts like her for free through the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Grants. Reach out to her through her website or social media platforms to learn more.
