DOWNTOWN MARLBOROUGH- On Monday, Governor Baker signed a bill giving all voters in the state the option to vote by mail in the 2020 elections. As the COVID-19 pandemic lingers, state officials wanted to provide voters a way in which they could still cast votes without visiting crowded polling centers. The workers at Thrive Support and Advocacy rallied with members of SEIU Local 509 before their union election.
