Marlborough Officials Tell Residents to Opt Out of Colonial Power

Marlborough officials are reminding residents that those who have not opted out of Colonial Power are paying a higher rate than they should.

According to an announcement from the city, the residential electricity rate for Marlborough residents through November, 2015, is currently $.012858/kWh. However, the residential rate from National Grid is currently $0.09257/kWh.
