Marlborough Becomes 8th City to Sign Community Compact

Marlborough officials will now be working even harder on capital planning, job creation, and making safer roads thanks to the Community Compact that Mayor Arthur Vigeant and Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito signed on Tuesday.
