It’s no secret the relationship between law enforcement and U.S. citizens is a bit strained in many parts of the country. Traffic stops are always nerve racking for both parties. We talked to Detective Jared Snapp of the Marlborough Police Department to see what it’s like from an officer's perspective during a traffic stop.
