Host Ryan Malyar sits down with classically trained singers Maria Kotova (soprano) and Ron Williams (baritone) for a preview of "Memory Lane", a musical theater concert spanning the golden age of Broadway, from Porgy and Bess and West Side Story to Grease and beyond. Maria and Ron, co-founders of the Kotova-Williams International Vocal Studio and life partners on and off stage, talk about their journeys into classical music, the difference between opera and musical theater performance schedules, teaching voice to students ages 6 to 88, and what it's like preparing a role together at home.
