The City of Marlborough welcomed Congresswoman Lori Trahan alongside Mayor J. Christian Dumais, State Representative Danielle Gregoire, and Assistant Commissioner of Utilities Chris LaFreniere to highlight major upgrades to the city’s water and sewer infrastructure.
