Getting Healthy Without Rules: Exploring Chakras with Courtney Lillie


In this episode, we explore the concept of chakras, which are believed by some to be energy centers located within the body. It is important to note that Chakras are rooted in spiritual traditions and that there is no scientific evidence to support the existence of these energy centers. However, many people believe that chakras play a role in our physical and mental health.


As a health coach, I approach this topic with an open yet discerning mindset. I believe it is important to be aware of the different wellness perspectives that exist, even if we don't necessarily agree with all of them. In this episode, we will explore the potential benefits of chakras. While chakras are not scientifically proven, benefits may nevertheless emerge from the mindfulness, meditation, and reflection involved.
