Mayor's Farewell Address

After 30 years of public service, Arthur G. Vigeant will be remembered as a great Mayor who served the city well. On December 14th at 5PM, friends, family, and constituents gathered at Marlborough City Hall to wish Arthur farewell and hear his penultimate speech.
