24 Heroes in 24 Hours

A fundraising event Memorial Day honoring our Nation’s heroes and raising money to support veterans and their families. In 24 hours, teams of athletes competed at Pennant CrossFit in Southborough 24 Hero WODs, one WOD at the top of each hour. All boxes and all proceeds raised were donated to Veterans Inc. based in Worcester.
