Sunovion Gives Back with "Hands On!" program

Local pharmaceutical company, Sunovion holds an annual community service program known as, "Hands On!"

Hands on was created in 2012. It is a day where Sunovion employees go out and volunteer for different projects around their communities. The United Way of Tri-County here in Marlborough assists with finding projects. This year, there were over 23 projects throughout the MetroWest area. Over 400 Sunovion employees went out to volunteer.

This year, Sunovion received the Community Award for the United way of Tri-County and the leadership award for their efforts towards the community. Since the program was created in 2012, Sunovion has completed a combination of 30,000 volunteer hours.
