Library Expansion Groundbreaking

Mayor Vigeant, city and state officials were joined by the Marlborough Public Library Board of Trustees, the Library Building Committee, the Public Library Foundation, LLB Architects, CHA Consulting and M. O'Connor Contracting to break ground on the expansion of the community library.
