What's up Marlboro? Marlborough Police are hosting their first-ever National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4th from 5-8pm at Whitcomb Middle School and it's free for the whole community! Host Mike Baker sits down with Sergeant Dave Tinglof to talk about how this event came together and everything you can expect. Sgt. Tinglof shares his story growing up in Marlborough's French Hill neighborhood, his path to becoming a sergeant, and the six months of planning that went into pulling off this first annual event alongside Officer Keith Moro. What to expect at National Night Out: Touch-a-Truck with police cruisers, motorcycles, SWAT displays, fire trucks, and DPW equipment K-9 demonstrations Drone display from the Wayland Police drone unit Classic car and muscle car show Dunk tank Bella the Owl from Giaquinto Wildlife Center Food trucks: Fireflies BBQ, Classic Pizza, Wheat and Water Dough Pizza, Water Bakery, and Trombetta's Ice Cream Local organizations and businesses including the Mass Attorney General's Office, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Marlborough Junior Women's Club, Marlborough Hospital, Advocates, and more Bouncy house, live music, and family activities National Night Out: Tuesday, August 4th, 5-8pm, Whitcomb Middle School.
